  • We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our customer engagement strategy and drive business growth.

  • They will be responsible for developing and executing the overall CX and customer engagement strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a large matrix organisation within the banking, finance, insurance, telco or other large B2C brands.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a record of driving growth and improving NPS.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field is highly desirable.
  • Ability to build effective relationships, engage stakeholders and apply problem-solving skills to resolve challenges.
  • Experience working with online channels (web-chat and social media) to build customer connections.
