Customer Engagement Specialist
">This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in customer engagement. As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for connecting with clients, educating them on our solutions, and qualifying leads throughout the APAC region.
">The ideal candidate is someone who excels at building relationships with existing customers, is enthusiastic about being on the phone, and has excellent verbal communication skills.
">You will work with a pre-defined group of our largest and most important customers, establishing connections with partners ranging from support agents to CxOs. You will utilize exceptional consultative phone skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, inspire, project confidence, and overcome objections.
">In addition, you will use Salesforce to ensure activities are documented properly, opportunities are accurately predicted, and information regarding the opportunity is communicated appropriately. You will also bring enthusiasm and energy to work and perform other duties as needed.
">We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is fluent in English and has a proven record of meeting minimum outbound call targets and/or call time goals. The ideal candidate is organized and detail-oriented with thorough follow-up skills and proficient with technology.
">Other desired skills include experience with Salesforce (or other CRM), SalesLoft, and other sales tools. If you have experience working in or with IT departments, Resellers, MSPs, and Director/C-Level IT executives, that would be a bonus.
