Lead Customer Engagement Specialist

The CRM Manager is a pivotal role in managing customer communications and engagement through Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
This position requires an individual who can support the lead in executing key customer communication programs, with a focus on optimising engagement and driving growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support the lead in executing key customer communication programs, focusing on optimising engagement and driving growth.
- Manage customer communications and engagement through SFMC, including content and asset creation, data preparation, journey builds and testing.
- Optimise leads, drafts and application programs, as well as broader lifecycle communications programs.
- Assist in database management to ensure best practice for data hygiene and campaign performance.
- Contribute to the Growth and Lifecycle communications strategy.
- Collaborate in the creation and segmentation of customer journeys to drive personalised messaging.
- Monitor, evaluate and report on the performance of CRM and other Growth squad programmes, leveraging data-driven insights to optimise and further shape the Growth strategy.
