The CRM Manager is a pivotal role in managing customer communications and engagement through Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer communications and engagement through SFMC, including content and asset creation, data preparation, journey builds and testing.
  • Optimise leads, drafts and application programs, as well as broader lifecycle communications programs.
  • Assist in database management to ensure best practice for data hygiene and campaign performance.
  • Contribute to the Growth and Lifecycle communications strategy.
  • Collaborate in the creation and segmentation of customer journeys to drive personalised messaging.
  • Monitor, evaluate and report on the performance of CRM and other Growth squad programmes, leveraging data-driven insights to optimise and further shape the Growth strategy.
