Job Title: Manager Customer Engagement and Experience

Location:

Wollondilly Shire Council is seeking an experienced leader to manage its Customer Engagement and Experience Team. The ideal candidate will be driven by data, inspired by innovation, and ready to lead teams that thrive with every customer touchpoint.

This exciting management role will lead the Customer Engagement and Experience team in customer satisfaction, building meaningful connections, and driving engagement across all sections of the Council. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Developing and implementing customer service programs, plans, and initiatives to improve service levels and ensure standards are met
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to establish long-term customer service strategies
  • Providing ongoing leadership, strategic direction, management, and coordination to the team

The successful candidate will possess a degree-level qualification in a relevant field, extensive demonstrated experience in service areas of responsibility, and significant people leadership experience. Additionally, they will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, high-level budget management skills, and experience in developing and enhancing team capabilities and performance.
