About the Role

The Group Travel Manager is a key member of the FCM Meetings & Events team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through tailored travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expertly manage group or fully independent travel requirements for corporate, university, and special interest groups.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure seamless execution of MICE projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to deliver the best outcomes for customers and FCM M&E.
  • Assist in budgeting and execution of professional and accurate business travel arrangements.
  • Follow company procedures and guidelines to ensure excellent customer service standards.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in corporate travel product knowledge and GDS systems.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with major airline group booking platforms and event management technology.
  • Previous group travel/MICE experience and customer-facing roles.
