This role will support our People & Culture remit by managing Australian recruitment activities, assisting with onboarding and HR administration, supporting generalist HR activities such as performance management and employment relations, localising engagement activities and wellbeing programs, managing health & safety and office management, and collaborating with the People & Director Australasia on specialist projects and policy.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing health & safety and office management
  • Collaborating with the People & Director Australasia on specialist projects and policy

We're looking for someone with strong recruitment and HR skills, who can juggle multiple tasks and build a high-performance culture.

What You'll Need

You'll have experience in operational HR and recruitment, a broad skill set, and strong administration and communication skills. You should have a full understanding of current Australian HR legislation, health & safety, and wellbeing.
