Job Title: People Culture StrategistRole Summary:

The people culture strategist will oversee day-to-day operations of people and culture functions across the organisation. This role fosters a positive workplace culture, aligns with organisational goals, and supports employee engagement and development.

Reporting to the Director, the strategist will lead initiatives in areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and wellbeing.

This role provides guidance and support to managers, staff, ensuring adherence to HR best practices and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain programs that drive employee satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Ensure organisational practices are compliant with all relevant legislation and regulations.
