People And Culture Specialist

The role of the People & Culture (P&C) Specialist is to provide expert guidance on HR matters and manage less complex cases while building trusted relationships with managers.
This is a newly established position within an experienced and collaborative team, offering opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide coaching and support to managers on employee relations, change management, performance issues, absence management, and workplace complaints.
- Collaborate closely with the broader P&C team and other internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, including compliance, problem-solving, and advising managers and employees.
- Ability to analyse HR metrics and leverage data-driven insights for advising and coaching.
Personal Qualities:
- Sensitivity to diverse workplace cultures and a commitment to promoting inclusivity.
- Capacity to develop and maintain trusted, productive business relationships.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills, with discretion to manage sensitive or confidential matters.
