Role SummaryWe are looking for a strategic and people-centric People and Culture Specialist to lead culture, engagement, and people experience initiatives. Based in our Melbourne office, this role will serve as the cultural ambassador across all offices, shaping and strengthening our company identity, values, and work environment. You'll work closely with leadership to foster employee loyalty, drive retention, and ensure an exceptional employee journey from onboarding to long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities- Champion the development and implementation of a unified global company culture that reflects Vantage's values and mission.
- Design and execute strategies to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention across all regions.
- Partner with department heads to embed culture and purpose into every aspect of the employee experience.
- Lead internal communication strategies that reinforce transparency, trust, and alignment across teams.
- Develop and lead recognition and rewards programs that celebrate excellence and encourage loyalty.
- Facilitate onboarding experiences that connect new hires to Vantage's culture from day one.
- Build out initiatives for career development, internal mobility, and talent retention.
- Act as a cultural advisor to leadership and a trusted point of contact for employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years' experience in People & Culture, HR Business Partnering, or Employee Engagement roles, ideally in international or high-growth organisations.
- Deep understanding of what drives workplace culture, loyalty, and retention.
- Demonstrated success in rolling out culture or engagement initiatives at scale.
- Outstanding interpersonal, influencing, and facilitation skills.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams and multicultural environments.
- High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity.
- Experience in a similar people-focused role within the financial services or technology sector is highly regarded.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Language is highly valued.
