**About the role**

Going through a period of growth this exciting and varied role will be focused on recruitment however will also support our People & Culture remit with localised engagement, generalist HR and office management.

The role responsibilities include:

- Managing all Australian recruitment activities
- Assist with onboarding, supported by our Training Specialist
- Generalist HR activities such as performance management & disciplinary issues, employment relations
- HR Administration (contracts, letters, file notes etc.)
- HRIS management
- Localising engagement activities and wellbeing programs
- Managing health & safety
- Office management and administration (facilities management, purchasing, etc.)
- Work closely with the People & Culture Director Australasia on specialist projects, policy and more

Based at our offices on St Kilda Road (near the Botanical Gardens), this is a multifaceted role requiring someone who can juggle multiple activities and help build a high performance culture by hiring great talent, implementing robust people programs and partnering with the business on all things recruitment, HR and administration.

**About You**

You will have a broad skill set in recruitment and HR coupled with strong administration & communication skills
- Demonstrated experience working in an operational HR & Recruitment
- Full understanding of current Australian HR legislation, health & safety and well being
- Experience on Workday and Breezy HR desirable
- A true multi-tasker to manage an ever changing workload
