Culture & Wellbeing Ambassador

The Workplace Injury Commission is a Victorian Government statutory authority that has helped thousands of injured workers and employers resolve their disputes and move forward with their lives.

  • We're looking for a Culture & Wellbeing specialist to help us strengthen the employee experience and bring our culture, learning and development (L&D), diversity, and health, safety and wellbeing (HSW) initiatives to life.
  • This role will involve being a trusted partner, problem-solver, and connector who provides thoughtful advice and contributions to various processes, coordinates key programs, and supports our leaders to create a workplace where people feel safe, supported, and engaged.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide analytical thinking, emotional intelligence, and communication skills to help deliver practical actions that make a real difference in the lives of our people.
  • Work with supportive and high-performing teams to deliver our strategy and implement continuous improvements.

What we're looking for:

  • A curious, resourceful, collaborative, and outcome-focused individual who brings highly developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to engage, influence, collaborate and build relationships with people at all levels.
  • An analytical, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to turn information into insight and then action.
