Lead People & Culture Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead People & Culture Specialist to play a key role in delivering our people strategy.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about the employee experience and have a proactive approach to adding value to the business through partnering with us in the moments that matter in the employee lifecycle.

This role involves:

  • Leading recruitment of experienced professionals
  • Designing and managing annual Training and Development frameworks and processes
  • SUPPORTING THE BUSINESS TO DRIVE A HIGH PERFORMING CULTURE
  • Assisting in the implementation of our People Strategy
  • Managing reporting to help the business make informed decisions

The successful candidate will have:

  • An engaging working style and solutions-focused approach
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working across the employee lifecycle
  • Experience in supporting and collaborating with managers to facilitate a great workplace culture
  • A passion for Human Resources supported by a formal qualification
