Director of Business Development

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive business growth through strategic planning, client relationship management, and complex software sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the insurance and auto retailer verticals.
  • Manage cross-functional relationships with client services and customer success teams.
  • Develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives and meet sales targets.
  • Lead software sales cycles and manage RFP processes.
  • Partner with senior executives to generate business growth and develop business pipelines.
  • Create legal contracts and agreements.
  • Report on sales activity, opportunities, and revenue.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of strategy, business development, and partnerships experience in software, insurance, and/or automobile space.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deal with complexity and ambiguity.
  • Experience in insurance and/or automotive retail sector is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively with C-Level executives and partner organizations.
  • Highly organized individual capable of managing relationships and executing agreements across multiple partners and verticals.
  • Demonstrate strategic and creative thinking, quantitative and analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills.
