
Sales Growth Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Director to lead our business development process across the organization. This position is primarily responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance to senior executives on business development processes, which will lead to future growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for business development that aligns with business objectives to achieve and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Lead high-level negotiations to close deals with potential clients, strategic partners, and other stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
- Identify and execute new product opportunities, exploring growth channels beyond the current focus to diversify and increase revenue streams.
- Monitor and optimize performance of the sales team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.
- Spearhead new market opportunities, business segments, and areas for expansion to drive revenue growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance brand visibility and forge strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to evaluate systems, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met.
Possession of a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field is required (master's degree preferred). Proven experience with 10 or more years in a sales role, advising senior executives on strategy and processes is required. Proven experience with 5 or more years effectively managing and leading teams is required. Experience with the building materials or construction industry is preferred. Strong understanding of business development best practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. Willingness and ability to travel internationally and domestically as needed.
