Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team as Occupational Rehabilitation Consultants. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives by providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients with various conditions.

As an Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant, your duties will include:

  • Case management and caseload administration;
  • Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes;
  • Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs;
  • Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals;
  • Working across various schemes, including workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veteran's Affairs, and employer-funded injury prevention programs;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences or Rehabilitation Counselling;
  • General or Provisional registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Psychologist or eligibility for Associate or Full membership with Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC);
  • Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry would be highly regarded;
  • Fabulous communication skills, compassion, kindness, empathy, and well-developed time management skills;
  • A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance is a must;
