Senior HR Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead the development and implementation of effective HR strategies and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive business results through strategic partnerships with terminal leaders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the employee lifecycle for terminal operations, ensuring recruitment, onboarding, performance management, engagement, and offboarding processes align with operational goals.
  • Develop and monitor critical HR metrics and workforce data to support strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks, promoting adherence to internal standards and external legislative requirements.
  • Collaborate with terminal leadership and the VP – People to align people strategies with operational goals, supporting workforce planning and change initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; CIPD or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years' senior HR leadership experience driving strategic partnerships with business leaders.
  • Commercially savvy with the ability to apply HR expertise to improve performance.
  • Strong analytical ability to use HR data for informed decision-making.
