Content Strategist Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Content Strategist Lead to join our dynamic team. As the lead content strategist, you will oversee a team of technical authors responsible for creating and reviewing content, ensuring global standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the workload and performance of the TA Team
- Act as the point of contact in the TA Team for stakeholders
- Lead initiatives for content management system (CMS) improvements and adoption of suitable tools
- Develop and deploy new CMS systems
- Inform stakeholders about documentation issues/news/processes
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team to deliver successfully against targets
- Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
- Strong energy and enthusiasm for designing, creating, and continual improvement of content
- Ability to coordinate across departments to accomplish collaborative goals
- Proven experience as a Senior Technical Writer with a minimum of 10 years' experience
About You:
- Excellent technical writing skills and an ability to make complex topics clear and engaging
- Solid knowledge of content design principles, usability, and UX
- Experience with and passion for guiding change and continual improvement
- Knowledge and understanding of project management processes and methodologies
