Job Title: Senior Organisational Strategist

As a key member of the senior leadership team, the Senior Organisational Strategist plays a pivotal role in driving organisational success. This involves providing high-level advice and solutions to executive leaders, leveraging talent strategies and operational metrics to inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary education in Human Resources or an equivalent industry qualification. Substantial experience as a generalist HR Manager is essential, alongside proven ability to engage senior leaders on their people agenda.

  • Developing strategic plans for workforce planning, employee engagement, succession planning, performance management, and retention methodologies;
  • Implementing complex employee relations and cultural transformation initiatives;
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to ensure successful implementation of HR initiatives.

To excel in this role, exceptional leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of organisational culture are required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary education in Human Resources or equivalent industry qualifications;
  • Substantial experience as a generalist HR Manager;
