Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads for SME Division suite of products by conducting thorough research and analysis.
- Achieve monthly lead targets and maintain high-quality rates through effective time management and prioritization.
- Respond promptly to incoming enquiries and leads, providing timely and accurate information to customers.
- Liaise with the sales team members to ensure seamless collaboration and goal achievement.
- Ensure a positive prospect experience by delivering exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements:
- Proven B2B or B2C phone lead generation or sales experience, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience within a contact centre environment is highly desirable, showcasing adaptability and resilience.
- Knowledge or use of CRM software is essential for managing leads and tracking customer interactions.
- An ability to influence prospects at different levels within small-medium businesses, leveraging persuasion and negotiation techniques.
- Motivation and ambition to develop yourself and build on your career ambitions, embracing continuous learning and professional growth.
