About the Opportunity

This role is a strategic, full-cycle sales position focused on launching and scaling our presence in Australia. You'll lead market development efforts in the region, driving growth and establishing product-market fit.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop and execute a localized go-to-market strategy for our platform in Australia">
  • Owning the full sales cycle from lead generation through demo, proposal, negotiation, and close">
  • Representing us in the market: meeting with prospects in person, attending industry events, and building relationships within the fitness ecosystem">
  • Collaborating with internal marketing and product teams to localize positioning and messaging">
  • Hiring, training, and mentoring local team members as the region gains traction">
  • Partnering closely with onboarding and customer success to ensure smooth transitions from sale to go-live">
  • Defining the operational blueprint for expansion in the AU region">

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • ">
  • Deep familiarity with our platform">
  • Over 3 years' experience selling SaaS or fitness technology platforms">
  • Proven track record of full-cycle sales and exceeding quota">
  • Comfortable operating independently in a new market with high accountability">
  • Strong understanding of the boutique fitness landscape in Australia">
  • Ability to recruit, train, and lead junior team members as the region scales">
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, presentations skills, PowerPoint, and software demonstrations">
