Part-Time Appointment Setter (Melbourne, Hybrid)
GrowthArk — a Melbourne GTM consultancy helping B2B firms build scalable revenue systems — is seeking an experienced appointment setter to keep our calendar full of qualified sales meetings.
What you'll do (15-20 hrs/week)
- Run multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) with our Instantly + Clay lists
- Qualify prospects against clear ICP criteria and book meetings via Calendly/HubSpot
- Send reminders, reschedule no-shows, and maintain clean CRM notes
- Share quick insights on reply rates and objections so we can refine messaging
What you bring
- 2+ years' B2B appointment-setting / SDR success (agency or SaaS a plus)
- Confident phone skills and crisp written copy
- Hands-on with HubSpot, Sales Nav, Instantly (or similar)
- Able to work live during AEST business hours; Melbourne based with Australian work rights
