Administrative Support Coordinator

About the RoleThis Administration Assistant position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills to provide administrative support to the General Manager. Key responsibilities include:
- Email and phone management
- Corresponding on behalf of the Manager
- Preparing business proposals and consignment agreements
- Importing and exporting
- Maintenance of stock levels
- Reporting
- Account management
- Implementing and maintaining SOPs
- Organizing travel and accommodation
- Invoicing
- Preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations
You will also be responsible for online marketing, social media coordination, and back-end website management for orders.
As an ideal candidate, you should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
