At JELD-WEN AS, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to fill the role of Office Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in office administration, preferably with exposure to payroll functions. This is a pivotal position within our business, overseeing all site office administration requirements.

This exciting opportunity will have you process daily payroll, coordinate production recruitment from advertising to induction, invoice customer orders, and manage office equipment and stationery needs.

You will also be responsible for end-of-month reporting for account reconciliation and processing banking transactions, producing order confirmations to suppliers, organizing morning teas and quarterly lunches, and providing relief support for reception duties.

We are looking for someone who is a team player, contributes to a positive work environment, and has open and transparent communication skills. You will need to cultivate positive relationships within our office environment.

Key responsibilities include being highly organized, able to multi-task and prioritize tasks, taking pride in thoroughness and attention to detail, being flexible and willing to support others, and having the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.

You should be confident using MS Excel and Outlook and able to quickly gain competency with in-house systems. Additionally, you will need to be dependable, punctual, and committed to working Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.
