Aptella is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive revenue growth in the South Australian market.

As a Regional Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets.

This role requires a strong understanding of the construction industry and its trends. You will work closely with our team to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

About the role:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • BUILD and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop leads
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports
  • Prepare and deliver detailed proposals to clients
  • Participate in industry events and conferences

About you:

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated success in sales conversion

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 per annum, plus commissions. Other benefits include a fully maintained company vehicle, company mobile phone, and company laptop.
