We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Intermediary business in Australia. As Head of Intermediary, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business plan to drive growth and expansion in this critical market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan to drive growth and expansion of the Intermediary Channel in Australia
  • Work closely with the Head of Intermediary - Asia Pacific to align business objectives and strategies
  • Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to execute the business plan and achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Australian market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic sales, marketing, and client management in the asset management industry
  • Strong knowledge of the Australian market and regulatory environment
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful business plans and sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
