We are seeking a seasoned Personal Injury solicitor to join our esteemed plaintiff law firm in Sydney.

As an accomplished member of our team, you will have the opportunity to excel in helping seriously injured clients obtain justice for their:

  • CTP (motor vehicle accidents); and/or
  • workers compensation & work injury damages claims.

You will take on key roles reporting directly to our partners, managing your own files, including:

  • obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence and legal research, providing technical legal advice on claim viability, liaising with insurers/solicitors/doctors, drafting pleadings/submissions/statements/court documents, briefing counsel and attending court/mediation/settlement conferences.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • a minimum of 2 years' experience in NSW as a solicitor, preferably in personal injury law;
  • experience in either CTP, workers compensation, or both;
  • strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word;
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • high organizational skills to meet deadlines;
  • the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
  • a genuine passion for progressing your career in personal injury law with a committed employer.
Estimated Salary Range: $75,000-$180,000+ Super Bonus
