You will be liaising with clients/doctors/solicitors/insurers, preparing letters/court documents, briefs to counsel, file and diary management, time recording/billing and attending settlement conferences/mediations and court hearings.

are an admitted lawyer in NSW;

have **MINIMUM 12 months experience **in **medical negligence (essential) and any other areas of personal injury law (not essential);**
