**YOUR NEW ROLE**

In this KEY valued role, being the right hand to the HEAD senior personal injury team leader lawyer, you will love the **variety** **+** immense** satisfaction **assisting to obtain justice for seriously injured clients in respect of their:
**Workers Compensation/Work injury damages**;

**Public Liability** claims.

You will be actively involved in clients’ cases. Specifically, you will be:
Liaising with clients/other solicitors/insurers and doctors, undertaking legal research, reviewing clinical/medical notes, arranging appointments, drafting various legal/court documents, briefing counsel, filing/general administration.

**WHO YOU ARE**

We are interested in hearing from you if you:
Are EITHER: 1) a career legal secretary/paralegal OR 2) law student not due to get admitted for at least 2 years+;

can work FULL-TIME;

**have minimum 1.5 years OR MORE** PLAINTIFF personal injury legal experience;

have had some
**workers compensation/work injury damages experience (essential) **+ preferably other areas of personal injury law eg public liability[not essential) ;

have strong communication and interpersonal skills;

are highly
**organized** and can meet
**deadlines**;

can work in a
**vibrant, fast-paced** environment;

are
**hungry **to progress your
**personal injury** legal career
