**YOUR ROLE**

In this KEY valued role, being mentored 1:1 by the HEAD personal injury team leader lawyer, you will love the **variety** **+** immense** satisfaction **helping seriously injured clients obtain justice in respect of their:
**Workers Compensation/Work injury damages**;

**Public Liability**; and

You will be at the **‘front-line’** highly autonomously managing your own files and clients. Specifically, you will be:

- Meeting with clients/obtaining instructions, reviewing medical evidence, legal research, providing technical legal advice in respect of the viability of the claims, liaising with insurers/their solicitors and doctors, drafting various legal/court documents, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.

**WHO YOU ARE**

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- Are an admitted
- **solicitor **in NSW;

**have minimum 3 years OR MORE** PLAINTIFF personal injury legal experience;
- have had some
- **workers compensation/work injury damages experience (essential) **+ preferably other areas of personal injury law eg public liability, abuse law[not essential) ;
- have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- are highly
- **organized** and can meet
- **deadlines**;
- can work in a
- **vibrant, fast-paced** environment;
