**YOUR NEW ROLE**

Reporting to the Head Practice Leader, as a valued+ KEY member of this winning friendly close-knit** common law personal injury team**, you will love:
the **challenge+ satisfaction** of running your own personal injury files/dealing with your own clients in obtaining justice for plaintiff clients in respect of their **common law** claims eg CTP, medical negligence, work injury damages, public liability, intentional torts.

**WHO YOU ARE**

We are interested in hearing from you if you:
Are a personal injury SOLICITOR **with MINIMUM 2 years post-admission personal injury law experience in at least 2 or more of**:1) CTP; 2) work injury damages, 3) public /occupiers liability; 4) TPD; 5) medical negligence; 6) intentional torts; 7) abuse.

have proven ability to work in a busy **fast-paced environment** **managing your own personal injury cases** from start to finish;
