Employee Relations Advisor

Job Summary:
VMCH is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to provide expert advice on employee relations matters within a complex industrial environment.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide support to the Employee Relations Manager and the wider People Services team by offering guidance on employee relations matters.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing advice on complex business partnering matters and workplace investigations
- Developing frameworks and systems that support sustainable industrial relations compliance
- Interpreting industrial instruments and offering guidance as needed
- Ensuring payroll processes are aligned with relevant industrial instruments through audits
- Supporting negotiations and the implementation of new enterprise agreements
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A bachelor's degree in business, commerce, human resources, or a related field
- Few years of experience in a similar employee relations advisory role or a graduate program that included rotations in Human Resources and Finance
- Strong understanding of relevant employment legislation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to undertake data analysis
