Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Compliance Specialist to oversee compliance with legal standards and regulations related to influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Oversight: Develop and implement compliance frameworks to ensure that all influencer marketing campaigns meet legal standards, including AANA Code of Ethics and other relevant regulations.
  • Contract Compliance: Ensure campaigns comply with contractual obligations. Assist with contract review and negotiation to minimize risks.
  • Monitoring and Auditing: Regularly audit influencer campaigns to ensure compliance, addressing any potential issues proactively.
  • Risk Management: Identify compliance risks associated with influencer partnerships and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with agency teams to provide guidance on compliance matters and support campaign initiatives.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of compliance processes and prepare reports on compliance status and issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in legal compliance, particularly in influencer marketing or advertising.
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the influencer marketing space.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
