Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Compliance Specialist to oversee compliance with legal standards and regulations related to influencer marketing.

About the Role

This role is essential in ensuring that all influencer partnerships adhere to applicable laws, guidelines, and company policies while promoting ethical practices in our marketing strategies.

  • Implement compliance frameworks to ensure that all influencer marketing campaigns meet legal standards, including AANA Code of Ethics and other relevant regulations.
  • Evaluate contractual obligations to ensure campaign compliance, and assist with contract negotiation and review as needed.
  • Regularly audit influencer campaigns to ensure compliance, addressing any potential issues proactively.
  • Identify and mitigate compliance risks associated with influencer partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with agency stakeholders to provide guidance on compliance matters and support campaign initiatives.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of compliance processes and prepare reports on compliance status and issues.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in legal compliance, particularly in influencer marketing or advertising.
  • A strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the influencer marketing space.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
