Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Compliance Manager to oversee compliance with legal standards and regulations related to influencer marketing. This role is essential in ensuring that all influencer partnerships adhere to applicable laws, guidelines, and company policies while promoting ethical practices in our marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Oversight: Implement compliance frameworks to ensure that all influencer marketing campaigns meet legal standards, including AANA Code of Ethics and other relevant regulations.
  • Contract Compliance: Ensure campaigns comply with contractual obligations. Assist with contract review and negotiation.
  • Monitoring and Auditing: Regularly audit influencer campaigns to ensure compliance, addressing any potential issues proactively.
  • Risk Management: Identify compliance risks associated with influencer partnerships and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with agencies to provide guidance on compliance matters and support campaign initiatives.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of compliance processes and prepare reports on compliance status and issues.

Requirements

  • Experience in legal compliance, particularly in influencer marketing or advertising.
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the influencer marketing space.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
