Digital Marketing Compliance Specialist

About the Role:
WPP Beauty Tech Labs, a bespoke team embedded in Wavemaker, is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Compliance Specialist to oversee compliance with legal standards and regulations related to influencer marketing.
Job Description:
- Compliance Oversight: Implement compliance frameworks to ensure that all influencer marketing campaigns meet legal standards, including AANA Code of Ethics and other relevant regulations.
- Contract Compliance: Ensure campaigns comply with contractual obligations. Assist with contract review and negotiation.
- Monitoring and Auditing: Regularly audit influencer campaigns to ensure compliance, addressing any potential issues proactively.
- Risk Management: Identify compliance risks associated with influencer partnerships and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with agency to provide guidance on compliance matters and support campaign initiatives.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of compliance processes and prepare reports on compliance status and issues.
Requirements:
- Experience in legal compliance, particularly in influencer marketing or advertising.
- Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the influencer marketing space.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
