Senior Risk and Compliance Professional

As a seasoned risk and compliance expert, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our client's operations by developing and implementing a comprehensive risk management strategy. This strategic position will oversee the day-to-day oversight of regulatory requirements, ensuring that they are compliant and meet best practice standards.
We are seeking an exceptional candidate with extensive work experience in business process improvement, risk management, and internal/external audit. Your strong understanding of the current regulatory environment, particularly regarding APRA and ASIC, is highly regarded.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field, and have well-developed Microsoft skills (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Key Responsibilities:- Develop a thorough risk and quality assurance program to enhance client operations;
- Monitor quality control and compliance assurance across all functions;
- Implement testing and monitoring processes and controls to maintain service delivery at best practice standards;
- Review and record audit findings and other quality assurance activities for executing corrective actions and systems;
- Support the leadership team to develop and assist operational guidelines and risk management priorities in ensuring the reliability of processes and procedures;
- Regularly collaborate with key stakeholders on reporting compliance and key performance metrics;
- Support team culture consistent with client's values and objectives.
