Senior Risk and Compliance Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Risk and Compliance SME within our Investment Services team.
- This senior position involves assisting with various aspects of risk management, including process, controls, and adherence to risk frameworks across the Investment Services domain.
Main Responsibilities:
- Actively identify potential risks across our business operations, including financial, operational, compliance, and strategic risks.
- Implement and enhance risk management practices and controls within our organization. This includes adhering to established policies and procedures to mitigate identified risks.
- Continuously monitor the effectiveness of risk controls and regularly report on risk exposure to senior management and risk committees.
About You:
- You must have at least 5-10 years of working experience in a governance, regulatory compliance or legal role with expertise related to financial services regulation relating to conduct and culture.
- You should have experience working in or providing services to a regulated Superannuation/Investment financial services business, with the ability to interpret and apply associated legislative requirements.
