Job Title: Risk & Compliance Manager

We are seeking a skilled Risk and Compliance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing risk and compliance initiatives, as well as leading teams to deliver results.

About the Role:

The Risk and Compliance Manager will be responsible for supporting and guiding a small team to drive a proactive and effective risk management and compliance capability. This includes managing team workflows and key risk and compliance activities, responding to queries from the practice, and overseeing compliance management.

The role requires a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations, including risk and compliance best practices and frameworks. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 6-10 years' experience in risk and compliance within a broad professional services environment
  • A degree in Law, Commerce, Accounting, Business or risk and compliance certifications preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge and awareness of relevant laws and regulations, including risk and compliance best practices and frameworks
