Project Oversight Expertise

We are seeking an accomplished Project Management professional to lead and deliver Class 1 residential projects from construction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategize and oversee construction progress, schedules, and resource allocation, promptly addressing any issues.
  • Collaborate with the development team on early-stage DA and CC project planning.
  • Present regular project reports to senior management, highlighting progress and challenges.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Essential Qualifications
  • Proven experience in construction management, preferably within residential developments.
  • Strong understanding of the construction process, project scheduling, budgeting, and compliance procedures.
  • Expertise in managing contractors and liaising with stakeholders.
  • Desirable: Property development experience (DA, CC stages).

This role offers extensive exposure to diverse projects, including apartments, house & land, and DA-stage developments. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with senior management and gain comprehensive project lifecycle experience.
