Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced construction project manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in cost planning, financial management, and project coordination. They will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

This is a hybrid role offering flexibility and the opportunity to take ownership of projects while being part of a supportive team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and guide junior team members, and have a passion for the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all costs related to the building aspects of multiple projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Prepare cost plans, manage budgets, and ensure financial efficiency.
  • Support and mentor junior team members.
  • Work independently while collaborating with a skilled team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Construction Project Manager, ideally at a senior level.
  • Strong cost planning, financial management, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills – build solid working relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for the construction industry and an eye for detail.
