Job Title:

Project Development Manager

About the Role:

The Project Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving residential construction projects forward. Reporting directly to the Construction Director, this key position oversees all project development, ensuring a consistent build process and high-quality product.

The ideal candidate will have experience in senior construction management with expertise in project management. Proven leadership skills within the residential construction industry are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the construction strategy and drive achievement of KPIs to a high standard
  • Resource teams accordingly to maintain construction timeframes while providing an excellent build experience for customers
  • Provide leadership, support, and governance to the Construction & Service and Warranty teams
  • Ensure homes are consistently built, completed on time, and meet the level of Quality as the Display Home finish
  • Prioritize WH&S, ensuring staff understand and adhere to safety standards
  • Offer regular training and upskilling for staff
  • Address building-related client complaints promptly and effectively
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Senior construction management with expertise in project management

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership skills within the residential construction industry
  • Excellent understanding of building regulations and ability to ensure homes meet all standards and regulations
  • A valid building trade certificate
  • Ideal tertiary qualification in Building and Construction
