Job Opportunity: Site Manager

Design Build is seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of a high-profile hospitality upgrade in Wollongong on a short-term contract. This hands-on role will suit a leader who can manage multiple trades, keep the program on track, and ensure a safe, quality build in a live, high-visibility environment.



Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily site operations and subcontractors.
  • Ensure excellent safety, quality, and stakeholder management capability.
  • Exercise strong leadership and coordination skills in a live operating environment.
  • Manage deliveries, scheduling, and progress reporting.
  • Guarantee that works are completed to a high standard and to specification.


Requirements:
  • Previous experience managing refurb and fit-out projects.
  • Trade background or construction qualification preferred.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to run a tight, well-organised site.
  • Proficient with project management software.
  • White Card, First Aid, and relevant tickets.
