Site Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee construction projects, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and safety.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple sites simultaneously, coordinating with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient execution of construction plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on-site construction activities to achieve project goals and maintain excellent customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with team members to monitor progress, address issues promptly, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance team performance and resolve conflicts efficiently.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to keep them informed about project developments.
  • Manage and supervise a team of construction workers, providing the necessary resources and support to enable them to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a site management or similar role, preferably in high-end architectural homes.
  • Background in construction trades - Carpentry
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to manage teams and troubleshoot challenges effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and subcontractors.
  • Attention to detail to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Familiarity with construction safety protocols and regulations is essential.
