Required Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires minimum 6 years' experience in Project Management / Senior Project Management / Project Director, or leadership roles working for a head contractor. A proven track record of delivering large-scale, technically complex commercial construction projects valued $40M+ is essential. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships, are also crucial.
