Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to spearhead the delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and execute comprehensive project strategies, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and mentorship to drive project success.
  • Oversee project budgets, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing efficient solutions.
  • Manage risk mitigation, escalating critical issues promptly to ensure project continuity.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including engineers and subcontractors, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate design management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain exceptional communication with clients, providing regular progress updates and exceeding expectations.
Requirements:
  • Possess a tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Hold minimum 5-15 years of experience in delivering successful projects from start to finish, preferably from a Tier 1 or 2 background.
  • Demonstrate proven leadership skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Experience with greenfield project delivery, with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
  • Be familiar with local council and regulatory requirements, as well as industry standards.
  • Exhibit strong planning, project financial reporting, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on client-centric communication.
  • Display well-developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Hold a valid Construction Safety Induction (white) card.
