As a vital member of our technology team, we are seeking an experienced ICT Support Specialist to provide expert technical assistance to our end users. This key role will ensure the smooth operation of our systems and infrastructure, and will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-level technical support for HQ teams and corporate functions
  • Diagnosing and resolving IT hardware problems including laptops, desktops, monitors, video conferencing equipment, and printers
  • Supporting cloud-based applications used across the business and collaborating with third-party vendors to resolve system issues
  • Monitoring cybersecurity threats and implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks
  • Managing network infrastructure including routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and VPN
  • Ensuring secure user access provisioning and reporting in line with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Strong background in ICT support, preferably in a fast-paced corporate or HQ environment
  • Confident troubleshooting Windows and macOS systems
  • Experience supporting mobile devices (Android and iOS)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
  • Understanding of cybersecurity best practices
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently
  • A self-motivated individual who works independently and proactively solves problems
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, dynamic office environment
