Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled ICT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to our HQ team and corporate functions, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
  • Troubleshoot IT equipment including laptops, desktop stations, monitors, video conferencing tools, and printers, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Support SaaS applications across the business, collaborating with vendors to resolve system problems.
  • Monitor cybersecurity threats and implement proactive measures to mitigate risks.
  • Manage the office network environment – routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and VPN – ensuring optimal performance.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX regulations regarding user access provisioning and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in ICT support, preferably in a fast-paced corporate or HQ environment.
  • Confident troubleshooting skills for both Windows and macOS systems.
  • Experience supporting mobile devices (Android and iOS).
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently.
  • A self-starter who works autonomously and follows through with proactive problem-solving and escalation.
