As a key member of the Solutions team, you will play a vital role in driving business transformation and delivering outstanding solutions to customers across various practice areas.

The successful candidate will possess commercial acumen, with the ability to structure licensing deals effectively. Experience working in an MSP or Microsoft partner environment is essential, along with the capacity to communicate complex licensing concepts in simple, business-friendly language.

This is a flexible role that can be based from multiple locations within Australia, with the ideal candidate able to understand client needs and technology landscapes to determine optimal Microsoft licensing models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the optimal Microsoft licensing model for clients
  • Address licensing-related queries and structure optimal pricing for proposals
  • Design Microsoft licensing deals, including negotiations with Microsoft and distributors
  • Closely work with the Sales team to develop licensing strategies that help win new customers
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Microsoft licensing across CSP, EA, MCA, and Open Value models
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud solutions (M365, Azure, D365, Power Platform)
  • Ability to prepare quality written correspondence and internal/external-facing documentation
  • Solid knowledge/understanding of licensing for other software vendors, including VMware and Citrix (desirable)
