We are seeking a highly organized professional to support the Licensing business in Australia. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, developing client relationships, and driving sales growth through Microsoft licensing solutions.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and has excellent communication skills. You will be working closely with clients to understand their software licensing needs and proposing tailored solutions to maximize value and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong partnerships with existing and new clients
- Maintain an effective pre-sales engine and enable the sales function
- Provide specialized software licensing advice to customers
- Maintain efficient sales operations by fulfilling administrative tasks
- 2+ years of experience in Microsoft licensing or a related technical sales support role
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate customer needs into profitable solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients at all levels
