We are seeking a skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Licensing Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the acquisition of new customers, contributing to the creation of customer plans and strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.
Job Description:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Collaborate with experienced professionals to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Plans and Strategies: Work closely with customers to identify their needs and create customized plans and strategies that meet their business objectives.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound phone calls, email, and chat support.
- Negotiation Support: Assist in negotiating options, prices, and incentive programs with customers and partners.
- Vendor Negotiation Support: Collaborate with vendors to secure agreements and pricing that meet customer needs.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of software licensing and cloud-based solutions sales experience, with 2+ years of experience with Microsoft licensing and relevant certification preferred.
- Skillset: Strong business acumen, excellent presentation and communication skills, and the ability to translate licensing rules into business value.
- Traits: Solution-oriented, analytical thinker, highly motivated, and result-oriented team player with the ability to quickly acquire new knowledge.
